Fractional AI ops for your business. We build what you need, keep it running, and adapt as AI changes. Like IT support, but for AI.
Every company is different — different workflows, different industry, different size. Productized AI services with fixed prices don't work because every project is custom.
The retainer model sidesteps this. You're not buying a deliverable with a spec. You're buying ongoing capacity and expertise that adapts to what you actually need.
| Hiring in-house | Joji AI Support | |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly cost | $4–8k/mo total cost (salary + CPF + benefits) | $4,000/mo flat |
| Ramp-up | 3–6 months to train | Already knows the stack |
| Turnover risk | Turnover risk | Contract — stop anytime |
| Knowledge | One person's knowledge | Cross-client pattern library |
| Management | You manage them | We manage ourselves |
Ongoing AI ops — custom builds as you need them, maintenance when models and tools change, optimization, and direct access to Wyatt. Not a fixed deliverable with a frozen spec. Expert time, used wisely.
$4,000/month, billed quarterly — $12,000 upfront for the first three months. After that, month-to-month with 30-day written notice to stop (effective end of the paid quarter). Same model as our Design Retainer.
Custom AI is one-off — scoped, quoted, delivered. AI Support is ongoing capacity. One-off builds go stale in 6–12 months without maintenance. If you need something built and kept running, the retainer is usually the better deal.
No. Unlike hiring in-house, you don't train us, chase updates, or worry about turnover. We show up with the stack, adapt as AI changes, and handle our own delivery. You tell us what the business needs — we build and maintain it.
