Privacy policy

This notice is for joji.com.sg, operated by Joji Pte Ltd (Singapore). Last updated 20 September 2026.

It covers how we handle personal data when you use this website, submit a form, email us, or WhatsApp us. It is written for the data we actually collect. It is not a copy of the 2019 stub.

What we collect

When you send the contact form or the S$1,000 website form, we collect the details you type: name, email, phone if you give it, company, the service you selected, current website or system, preferred launch date, approximate budget if you choose to say, and a description of what you need. The S$1,000 form also collects business name.

The server, hosting logs, and security tools may also record technical data such as IP address, browser type, date and time, and the page you came from. If you arrived from an advertisement, the ad platform may record that you visited.

We do not ask for NRIC, payment-card numbers, or passwords through these forms. Do not send them in the message box.

Why we collect it

To reply to you. To see whether Joji is a fit. To quote, schedule, and deliver work. To keep a record of what was agreed. To protect the site from spam and abuse.

Legal basis under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012: you gave us the information for that purpose, and we have a legitimate need to run the enquiry and the project.

Where it goes

  • This WordPress site, hosted with InterServer in the United States. Form entries are stored in WordPress (Flamingo) and emailed to Joji mailboxes.
  • Email via our InterServer mailbox. Enquiries currently go to hello@joji.com.sg, enquiry@joji.com.sg, and wyatt@joji.com.sg as needed.
  • Google reCAPTCHA on the forms, to block bots. Google receives the technical data that reCAPTCHA needs. Their privacy policy applies to that piece.
  • WhatsApp if you choose to message us there. Meta’s terms apply to that channel.

We do not sell your details. We do not pass them to other companies for their marketing. Staff, contractors, or tools working on your job may see what they need to see to do the work.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept while we are talking to you, while a project is live, and afterwards as business records (quotes, invoices, what was built). You can ask us to delete an unused enquiry. We may keep a minimal record where Singapore law or accounting requires it.

Your requests

You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to hello@joji.com.sg. We will reply.

Cookies and ads

The site needs cookies that make the page and forms work. If you came from Google Ads or similar, that platform may set its own cookies. You can block cookies in your browser; the site may then work less well.

Children

This site is for business enquiries. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If this notice changes in a material way, we will update this page and the date above.
