What does the $50 a month cover?
Updates, scheduled malware scans, email alerts, install included, small fixes from the watch. A full hack cleanup is separate at $800.
Is this 24/7 monitoring?
No. We scan on a schedule. Critical findings email us immediately. Nobody sits a night shift for $50 a month, and if someone offers that, it is a dashboard, not a person.
Is this only WordPress?
The watch and the updates are built for WordPress. Repair on other stacks is quoted.
I already pay for Design Retainer. Is this included?
No. Design Retainer is updates to content and graphics. Repair is when the site breaks. Maintenance and protection is the keep-up and the watch. Separate jobs.
