What this is for
The site can look fine and the work still lives in Excel, a group chat, and whoever remembers the password. A web app is the desk for that job. Staff keep using it after we leave.
Kinds of apps
These are jobs we already run for ourselves. We do not sell you a rename of our stack. We build the desk your trade actually needs.
-
A send desk
One place that posts to the networks you already use. You approve the caption. It goes out. Nobody is logging into five apps at 10am.
-
An ads board
See what you paid. Cap the bid. Hold a line Google would rather you did not hold. The board is the product — not a PDF report after the money is gone.
-
A name card that keeps the person
They give a contact. You can write later. The paper card is already in the bin.
-
Search that answers correctly
Google and AI crawlers get your facts from you: what you sell, what it costs, whether you are open. Not a guess from an old directory.
-
A watch on the files
If someone injects a shell, you know. Then we clean it. Watching the site is also a retainer — see repair & protection.
-
Chat that is actually yours
On your site. Your tone. Not a rented bubble that forgets the business when the subscription lapses.
-
An edit bench
Transcript, silence cuts, a timeline — when video is part of the work and you are tired of paying a separate house to cut it.
Pricing
Custom web application from $4,000. Typical 8–12 weeks. 50% upfront, 50% on completion. Quoted after we know the job — a send desk is not a full ads board.
This is not Custom AI ($3,000–$15,000). Custom AI is a one-off automation. A web app is a desk the business keeps using.
Need pages only? See website design from $2,500.
FAQ
Do you install the same apps you use?
No. Those prove we can build and live with a tool. Your app is scoped to your job. We do not drop our send desk on your shop and call it done.
How much does a web app cost?
From $4,000. Quoted after scoping. Timeline is usually 8–12 weeks. 50% upfront, 50% on completion.
Is this the same as Custom AI?
No. Custom AI is a one-off automation — a bot, a document processor, a wiring job. A web app is a place people log into and use. If you need both, we say so.
Who hosts it?
Scoped with the build. Hosting and domain are not hidden inside the $4,000 unless the quote says they are.
